TikTok Ads

Creative video campaigns on TikTok that reach a young, engaged audience and turn views into real clients.

On TikTok you are not buying ad space — you are buying one second of attention, and you compete for it with material somebody chose to watch. Which is why the outcome depends less on the size of the budget than on how many different openings you have to compare: a campaign with a single creative wears out before it can learn anything. An ad that looks like an ad loses to whatever sits next to it in the feed.

Where a video campaign breaks — and what we do at that point

A TikTok ad rarely loses at the end. It usually breaks earlier: in the opening shot, in a sentence nobody understood, or on a landing page that looks nothing like the video. Five such points below, each with something you can actually check.

  1. 01

    The stop

    Where it breaks

The video opens on a logo, a title card or a shot lifted from a TV commercial. The thumb recognises an ad before the first sentence lands and scrolls on — not because the offer is bad, but because it never got to show itself.

    What we do

The first frame carries a scene, not a brand: a situation the viewer recognises, or an image they cannot immediately file as advertising. For one campaign we prepare several different openings of the same message, so there is something to compare.

    What we check

The share of impressions that survived the opening seconds, counted separately for each opening. That number decides which shot stays in rotation.

  2. 02

    Comprehension

    Where it breaks

The viewer stayed, and seconds later still does not know what this is, who it is for and who is speaking. Material that has to be decoded competes with material that asks for nothing.

    What we do

We show the product in use and name the audience out loud before the first part of the video ends. Captions carry the message, because part of the audience watches with the sound off — sound is reinforcement, not the carrier.

    What we check

The share of viewers reaching the middle of the video, and the point on the retention curve where it drops hardest.

  3. 03

    The reason

    Where it breaks

The viewer understands the offer and does nothing, because nothing pushes them right now. A video that ends on a brand name hands the decision over to time — and on TikTok time ends with the next scroll.

    What we do

One call to action instead of three, spoken and shown on screen, following from what the viewer has just seen. The offer is phrased to give a reason to move now rather than some day.

    What we check

Clicks against views for each creative separately — that shows whether the problem sits in the opening or in the ending.

  4. 04

    The tap-through

    Where it breaks

The tap leads to a page that looks and sounds nothing like the video. The viewer cannot find what they saw a second ago and goes back to the feed. The budget bought a visit nobody closed.

    What we do

The landing page repeats the promise and the imagery from the ad in the first screen, opens on a phone and leads to a single action. Traffic from each creative is tagged separately, so it is clear what brought it.

    What we check

The share of ad visits that end in an event we agreed in advance to count as a result — an enquiry, a cart or a call.

  5. 05

    Burn-out

    Where it breaks

A creative that worked starts reaching the same people over again. Results settle not because the message stopped being true, but because it stopped being new.

    What we do

We work in series: several variants in rotation, openings and edits swapped before results start sliding. Material that stopped working goes back for a re-cut rather than into the bin — usually a different first shot is enough.

    What we check

Impression frequency per viewer, and how fast the cost per result moves across the life of each creative.

Why is TikTok the Future of Marketing?

Gen Z and young millennials are the generations with the greatest purchasing power in the coming years. TikTok is where they spend time, discover new brands and make purchasing decisions. Companies not present on TikTok lose access to the most promising consumer group.

Ad Formats

Four formats you can buy on TikTok. Pick one to see what it is good for and when it is the wrong call.

In-Feed Ads

Ads displayed between organic content in the For You feed

When it is the wrong choice

When you have one creative and a week of budget. This format lives on comparing variants — without spare material you pay for a lesson nothing is left of.

What it involves

  • Duration: 9-15s
  • Best for: Brand awareness, traffic generation
  • Several openings of the same message to compare
  • Captions and a vertical frame built for sound-off viewing

Questions we hear most often

Before you ask for a quote — this is what clients usually want to know.

What does running a TikTok campaign cost?

The cost has two parts: the ad budget you pay TikTok directly, and our campaign management fee — from 1,500 PLN a month. A sensible media budget starts at around 50-100 PLN a day; we scale it only once the results are stable. The pre-launch quote is free and we reply to enquiries within 15 minutes.

Will TikTok work in my industry if I don't sell to teenagers?

Increasingly, yes. The 25-44 group is already close to half of Polish users, and the industries that perform best are the ones you can show in motion: food, beauty, fitness, home renovation, automotive, training. If your service cannot be filmed in a few seconds, we will say so honestly at the consultation and suggest another channel.

How is TikTok Ads different from advertising on Facebook?

In the format of attention. On Facebook and Instagram an ad competes with posts from friends; on TikTok it competes with entertainment, so the first two seconds decide everything. TikTok also tends to give cheaper reach and burns through creative faster: what runs for months on Meta needs replacing every few weeks here. That is why TikTok campaigns are run differently, not copied from Meta.

Do we have to shoot the material ourselves?

You don't. We produce the creative in-house — script, edit, captions and sound picked for current trends. We are happy to use your own footage too, because behind-the-scenes and on-site clips perform best on TikTok: the platform rewards content that does not look like an ad.

How quickly will I see results?

The first data arrives within days, but every campaign goes through a learning phase while the algorithm finds your audience. Stable results usually come in 4-6 weeks. Each month you get a report with cost per acquisition, the number of enquiries and recommendations for the next period.

Does the ad account belong to me?

Yes. We run campaigns on a TikTok Ads account that is your property — you have permanent access and settle the media budget directly with TikTok. When the cooperation ends, the account, campaign history, collected data and finished creatives stay with you.
