We process data to respond to inquiries, prepare offers and fulfil ordered services.

Direct marketing of own services

We may contact you to present our offer or information about new services.

Website analytics and optimization

We collect analytics data to improve our site and tailor it to user needs.

We process data obtained from the CEIDG register to make business contact and present Wataha Media's offer to newly registered entrepreneurs.

5. Data retention period

  • Contact form data: 3 years from last contact or until objection
  • Service-related data: for the duration of the contract and 5 years after (per accounting regulations)
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics): 14 months from last user activity
  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or objection is raised

Hosting provider. Data may be processed on servers in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

  • Legal and accounting service providers: to the extent necessary for business operations
  • Public authorities: only in cases provided for by applicable law
  • Telecommunications and SMS gateway providers: For business contact (SMS), we entrust phone numbers to certified SMS gateway operators. The provider processes data solely for technical delivery.

7. Data transfers outside the EEA

Due to the use of Google and Vercel services, your data may be transferred to the United States. The transfer is based on:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of data protection
  • Additional security measures applied by service providers, including encryption of data in transit and at rest
