Lead Generation

We build systems that automatically attract potential clients and convert them into real inquiries. Each lead is high-quality and ready to talk.

Companies rarely lack traffic — they lack control over what happens to it next. An inquiry gets lost between the ad and the inbox, comes back a week later when the client is already talking to someone else, or reaches the sales team without the one detail that decides the conversation. Lead generation is not buying addresses. It is guarding the road from click to conversation — every metre of it.

Where your inquiries go missing

An inquiry is rarely lost over price. It is lost in five places between the click and the conversation — here is each of them, along with what can actually be counted there.

  1. 01

    Interest

    Where the inquiry disappears

Someone arrives from an ad or from search, reads the offer and leaves. Not because they dislike it — they simply are not deciding today, and the page leaves them one way out: buy now or close the tab.

What we do at this point

We add a second entry point for people who are not deciding yet: a calculator, an initial estimate or material that is worth something on its own. Contact details are left when there is a reason to leave them.

What you see in the report

Landing page sessions and the share of them that end with contact details being left — separately for each traffic source.

  2. 02

    The form

    Where the inquiry disappears

The form collects a name and an email address, so the sales team learns the scope of the job only during the call. Sometimes only during the second one — the first is spent agreeing what the conversation is about.

What we do at this point

We order the questions the way a client is able to answer them and ask about scope, timing and preferred contact where it does not scare anyone off. Fields nobody reads disappear.

What you see in the report

A complete set of answers with every submission, plus the point where people abandon the form.

  3. 03

    Qualification

    Where the inquiry disappears

Everything lands in one inbox and is handled in random order. An out-of-scope inquiry receives a full quote while a client ready to sign waits their turn.

What we do at this point

We split submissions by criteria agreed with you — scope, location, timing, size of the job — and label them before anyone picks up the phone.

What you see in the report

A split between submissions that meet your criteria and those that do not — with the reason for rejection attached to each.

  4. 04

    Response

    Where the inquiry disappears

A Friday evening submission waits for Monday. In the meantime the client sent the same question to three other companies and is talking to the one that replied first.

What we do at this point

The notification goes straight to a phone and to the system your team works in. The client receives a confirmation explaining what happens next, and an unanswered submission moves back to the top of the list.

What you see in the report

Time from submission to first reply, plus the number of submissions that received no reply at all.

  5. 05

    Return

    Where the inquiry disappears

A contact who said “not now” disappears from the inbox the same day. They buy a quarter later — from the company that got in touch at the right moment.

What we do at this point

The reason for postponing is stored with the contact, and an email sequence plus remarketing carry them onward with material rather than pressure. When they return to the site, the sales team gets a signal.

What you see in the report

The number of contacts in nurturing and of those that came back to a conversation after postponing a decision.

What Is Lead Generation?

Lead generation is the process of attracting potential clients and gathering their contact details. Instead of waiting for clients to find you, we build systems that actively attract them and convert them into inquiries.

Lead generation is the process of identifying and acquiring potential clients who show interest in your products or services. A lead is a person who voluntarily provided their contact details in exchange for a valuable offer.

Unlike traditional advertising that interrupts, lead generation attracts clients by delivering value. You offer something valuable (e-book, webinar, consultation) in exchange for contact, creating a win-win situation for both sides.

Effective lead generation is the foundation of sustainable business growth. It allows you to build a base of potential clients that you can nurture and convert into sales over a long period of time.

Not every inquiry means the same thing

Five kinds of contact that land in the same inbox. Pick one to see when it is worth a conversation and what we set up around it.

Asks about price and timing

They know the problem, they know the solution and they want to know what it costs and when it will be ready. They usually ask several companies at once, so the order of replies decides the outcome, not the length of the quote.

When we treat it as valuable

When the submission carries scope, timing and a way to reach them — the sales team can prepare a quote without a round of preliminary questions.

What we do to turn it into a conversation

  • Phone notification the moment the form is sent
  • Automatic confirmation explaining what happens next
  • A form asking about scope and timing, not just email
  • A label showing which source the submission came from

Comparing offers

They have already collected a few proposals and are looking for the difference between them. They do not need another ad — they need material that justifies the choice to themselves or to a board.

When we treat it as valuable

When they come back to the site after the first contact and open what covers scope of work or terms of cooperation — the data shows it before they call.

What we do to turn it into a conversation

  • Comparison material instead of another version of the quote
  • An email sequence answering the typical objections
  • Remarketing aimed only at people who already made contact
  • A signal to the sales team when the contact returns

Downloaded material

They left their details in exchange for something specific — a guide, a document template, a calculation. They are interested in the topic, not the purchase, and a call the next day usually ends the relationship.

When we treat it as valuable

When they make a second move after the material: open the next message, return to the service page or reply with a question.

What we do to turn it into a conversation

  • Material that solves one specific problem
  • An email sequence spread over weeks, not days
  • Behaviour scoring that decides when to make contact
  • Marketing consent and an opt-out in every message

Will come back later

They said “not now” and had a reason: budget, season or a contract that ends in six months. In most companies that contact stops existing on the day of the call.

When we treat it as valuable

When we know the reason for postponing and roughly when the topic returns — then the contact has a date, not a “maybe someday” status.

What we do to turn it into a conversation

  • The reason for postponing stored with the contact
  • A reminder set for when the topic comes back
  • Occasional, topic-driven correspondence in the meantime
  • Recovery of contacts abandoned inside the form

Not a fit

They reached you by accident — another city, another service, a budget on a different scale. That contact is not the problem in itself; the problem is how many of them pass through the team each week.

When we treat it as valuable

When it is filtered out by the criteria before it takes anyone's time, and the reason for rejection feeds back into campaign and form settings.

What we do to turn it into a conversation

  • Rejection criteria agreed with you, not defaults
  • Screening questions built into the form
  • Keyword and audience exclusions in the campaigns
  • A breakdown of rejected submissions with reasons

Questions we hear most often

Before you ask for a quote — this is what clients usually want to know.

What does a lead generation system cost?

Running the system starts at 1,500 PLN a month, plus the ad budget you pay the platforms directly. If the landing page and lead magnet still have to be built, that is a one-off implementation cost we quote after a conversation about scope. The consultation and the quote are free, and we reply to enquiries within 15 minutes.

How many leads a month can I realistically expect?

We do not give that number before an analysis — and do not trust anyone who gives it on the spot. It depends on your industry, the price of your service, the competition and the media budget. After the first month we know your actual cost per lead, and only then do we talk about scaling. Until then we work on a forecast, and we call it a forecast.

How is a lead different from an ordinary enquiry?

A lead is a contact we know something about: what they need, by when and within what budget. A plain "get in touch" form produces enquiries, half of which are not worth a sales call. That is why we build qualifying forms and paths that filter out the merely curious before they reach your callback list.

What is a lead magnet and is it necessary?

It is something valuable you give in exchange for a contact: a calculator, a guide, a quote, a checklist, a sample. It is not necessary for services bought on impulse, but for considered decisions it multiplies the number of contacts — because someone not yet ready to talk to a salesperson still leaves their details.

Do the leads go straight into my CRM?

Yes. We connect the forms to the system you already use, or to a spreadsheet with an email alert if you have no CRM. Your salesperson gets the contact immediately rather than a week later — with leads, response time is the single biggest factor in conversion.

Do the leads belong to me?

Entirely. The contact database, the ad accounts and the landing page are your property; we work on them as a contractor. When the cooperation ends, everything stays with you: the contacts, the campaigns and a working system you can keep running on your own.

Generowanie Leadów i Pozyskiwanie Klientów Online – Skuteczne Strategie Wataha Media

Kompleksowe systemy lead generation, które przekształcają odwiedzających w wartościowych klientów. Poznaj nasze podejście do skutecznego pozyskiwania leadów B2B i B2C.

Generowanie leadów to fundament każdego skutecznego biznesu online. W dobie rosnącej konkurencji i coraz wyższych kosztów reklamy, pozyskiwanie klientów wymaga przemyślanej strategii i profesjonalnego podejścia.

Dlatego nasze systemy lead generation dla firm uwzględniają specyfikę rynku biznesowego – budujemy wieloetapowe ścieżki nurturingu, tworzymy wartościowe lead magnety dostosowane do potrzeb decydentów i implementujemy zaawansowane systemy scoringu leadów.

Koszt pozyskania leada to jeden z kluczowych wskaźników efektywności kampanii. W Wataha Media nieustannie optymalizujemy nasze działania, aby obniżać CPL (Cost Per Lead) przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu wysokiej jakości leadów. Wykorzystujemy automatyzację marketingu, testy A/B landing pages i zaawansowaną analitykę, aby każda złotówka wydana na pozyskiwanie klientów online przynosiła maksymalny zwrot.

Wykorzystujemy marketing automation do automatycznego dostarczania wartościowych treści, budowania relacji i stopniowego przygotowywania leadów do decyzji zakupowej.

Landing pages to serce każdego systemu lead generation. Nasze strony docelowesą projektowane z myślą o jednym celu – maksymalnej konwersji. Stosujemy sprawdzone wzorce UX, przekonujący copywriting i strategicznie rozmieszczone elementy CTA. Każda landing pageprzechodzi rygorystyczne testy A/B – testujemy nagłówki, formularze, kolory przycisków i layout, aby osiągnąć najwyższe możliwe współczynniki konwersji.
